Guardian SMS Messaging Policy

Guardian, a service of Go Digitals LLC, offers an optional program of informational SMS messages for its customers.

Purpose

Messages relate exclusively to the service you purchased. They may include notices about activation, connections that need attention, completed work, available reports, meetings, billing, and membership status.

We do not send advertising, promotions, or marketing campaigns through this program.

Consent

We send SMS messages only after obtaining your consent for this program. Some messages may be sent through automated systems.

Entering a phone number in Stripe, purchasing Guardian, or accepting the general terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Agreeing to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Guardian.

Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on the needs of your account and the service.

Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Guardian does not charge an additional fee to receive these notices.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You can also request to opt out by emailing [email protected].

You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. We will not resume messages without new consent.

Reply HELP for help instructions. The only official support channel is [email protected].

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your membership. Necessary communications may continue by email.

Privacy and delivery

Mobile numbers and consent records are not sold or shared for third-party advertising. Messaging providers may process them to operate the program and manage opt-outs.

Delivery depends on coverage and on messaging platforms. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you change your number or are no longer its owner, let us know so we can update your preferences.
